Rosa Motel Policies
Room Types:
- We offer Full and Queen size beds as one bed or two beds depending
on bed size and room
- We offer both Smoking and Non-Smoking rooms

Villa Rosa Policies:
- During
your stay at Villa Rosa we strive to maintain peaceful stay and hope that
our guests treat us as kindly as we know they are treated.
- For
the benefit and peace of mind of our guests we assure you that guests who choose not to be courteous and polite will be asked to leave immediately so your stay is memorable and pleasurable in every way.
- Our
room rates are based on type of room, not of person and/or occupancy.
- Room
rates may be subject to change.
- All
rooms are not shown on website and may not be exactly as shown.
- For
extra person room rates check with Manager.
- Villa
Rosa Motel will not guarantee a specific room number but we will try our
utmost to accommodate your request to the best of our ability nothing less.
Cancellation/Change Policy:
The Villa Rosa Motel has 48 hour cancellation or change policy. If you cancel or change your reservation within the 48 hour prior to your reservation arrival date Villa Rosa Motel will charge your credit card at the rate of your full reserved stay, the minimum charge being the rate of a one day stay reservation.
Pet Policy:
We apologize but the Villa Rosa Motel will not allow pets of any kind in any room.
Violation of pet policy will be a $250 charge.
Smoking:
We offer both smoking and non-smoking rooms and request that no smoking is allowed within a non-smoking room and violation of this policy will be a $250 charge.
Privacy Statement:
The Villa Rosa Motel uses the information provided on the Reservation Form or Front Desk Registration Form filled out by our checking in guests in the event there is a need to contact you regarding your stay such as damage to rooms or lost/found items.
Your personal information will also be used to direct telephone calls to your room, to complete transactions requested by you, or to send you administrative communications either about your account with us or about features of our business. The information may also be used to contact you regarding promotions, marketing, and special events at the Villa Rosa Motel.
In no way whatsoever will your personal information be given to any other third party for any reason.
